At Northern Gifts, we love wildlife and have made it our mission to help educate the youth of the world about the magnificence and awesomeness of our wildlife neighbors.
For 30 years, we have been creating, manufacturing and distributing “educational” wildlife plush toys and apparel. Our proprietary Tradenames include Canned Critters, Wild Wonders and Our Forest Apparel.
Northern Gifts is a well-established supplier to retailers throughout the United States and Canada. The Company also has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful licensing programs, partnering with Disney, Universal studios and other licensors, bringing to market popular brands such as Curious George, Anne of Green Gables, Smokey Bear, the RCMP and Sparky the Fire Dog.
In 2007 Northern Gifts was awarded the exclusive rights to design and produce the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Mascots. Working closely with the organizing committee, Northern Gift’s Vancouver Olympic Mascot program became wildly successful.
Building upon the Company’s reputation, in 2013, it was awarded the license to design, manufacture and distribute the official Mascot for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games.
